The spaces between the buildings
Eye is an OSUS development in Riyadh that brings residential, hospitality and commercial uses together. Within the residential part, landscaped courtyards and paths connect the homes. The selection focuses on this everyday scale, showing entrances, terraces and shared spaces alongside the architecture.

The implementation
The implementation includes a Resimo Touch application and a web application on the client’s domain. The project scope has also expanded to cover commercial and hotel areas. The views here focus on the residential scene; the web application lets buyers continue into the available residences.
