The project
A new neighbourhood on a familiar site
Matexi is transforming the former Permeke garage site in Antwerp into a residential neighbourhood with commercial spaces. The presentation shows how the buildings enclose the shared garden, how balconies face it and how the development meets the street. These relationships give buyers a useful starting point when comparing homes.

Resimo scope
The implementation
The Resimo web application presents the development and its apartments through an interactive building view. Buyers can explore the site remotely, then use the same visual context when discussing a home with the sales team.

Bring your site plan or a development you are preparing to launch. We will show you how the architecture, surroundings and available homes can come together in a presentation for your sales team and your buyers.
